-The 203-01 follow focus is designed for film and video cameras
-The 203-01 system allows easy operation from both sides
-The 203-01 can be fitted with a focus knob on both sides, giving the system added flexibility
-Markings on the focus wheel give about 110-140 degrees of rotation on the lens

No, it is not. The link you provided shows the "s" version which doesn't allow for a wheel on both sides. The gear isn't included (it also isn't included if you buy directly from Chrosziel).
