Just shot with 'em this weekend - big thumbs up. Don't have any official times, but two of them easily got me through an 8+ hour shoot with the LCD open most of the time, no mic, and lots of zooming. Next shoot is this weekend, and I'll try & post a better duration estimate. Wasn't really focused on the batteries this time out - it was my first outing with all new gear, and as a one man band shooting my own spots. THIS CAMERA ROCKS! (and made it all real easy).

Good to hear they worked well for you!

To everyone else, in case you are scratching your head, we just finished the final tests on our new 3500mah cells, and they work great. We improved the case a little and also are using copper contacts now on the batteries. They will be $45.00, I will add the link to the buy page ( http://www.dvxuser.com/articles/battery/) tonight.

Oh ****. i forgot about those. Is it too late to get one of those instead of the 3.5 ?

Killer. Alright, whats up.

The original is 35.00 and 3.5 hours

The new one is 45.00 and 4.5 hours? Is that right? Same as before, fits into DVX as good as original and will fit into my adapter that came with DVX... RIGHT?

If that is the case, YES PLEASE. How do you wanna handle the difference?

you got it.. but the new cell lasts just over 4 hours, its only a 400mah difference, but the construction of the actual cell is alot better.

I ordered 4 batteries several weeks ago but haven't received them yet. What is the status please? If they haven't been shipped yet, can I change the order to the New Batteries?

Hey sorry Lee, your batteries where shipped via Fedex Dec.29th .. I sent you an email with your tracking number this morning.
