Hey I'm trying to find some people who would be interested in meeting up once or twice a week to watch some movies on Netflix streaming. I was thinking about being able to just stream it off our computers and create a chat room so we can watch and chat at the same time about the film.
Let me know if you're interested and I'll create a group on here or facebook and we can all meet once or twice a week. All vote on a film or have random drawing of who gets to pick the film.
The criteria of the film has to be movies that we normally wouldn't have seen. Nothing like Men in Black or 300 (they don't stream on there anyways but just the idea).
Criterion Collection films are on there and we can swim through those and learn about the directors and film styles.
In order to do streaming off of Netflix it just requires a membership of $9 and it allows for unlimited instant streaming and one disc out at a time.
I'm not trying to advertise Netflix, it's just a nice way for people to be able to stream movies legally and be able to create a society where film lovers and join together and watch and talk about film.
