It's a remake of the 1976 Soviet mega hit rom-com, "Irony of fate or have a nice bath". Reset in the US of the modern era. Available for viewing as of December 31st. There's almost no mention of the project anywhere, not even a trailer. The original has an 8.1 rating on the IMDB (and was reissued with the English subtitles on YouTube as of the 27th). The remake isn't rated. No one has seen it yet.

Or has it?

Here's the original --

Oh, the hammy Russians renamed it (for the English translation) as "About fate".

Still no sign of "About Fate".

However, back in 2007, Timur Bekmambetov made a sequel to the original. Its visuals were pretty nice and the female star Elizaveta Boyarskaq was rather lovely (still is) but, frankly, the film itself sucked. Bekmambetov then went on to make "Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter".

Below is the full film with subtitles.

Still no sight of "About Fate" but, with Netflix opening its Russian service, it is choosing to finance other Soviet/Russian staples, including "Wolland". That film is based on Mikhail Bulgagov's "Master and Margarita".

I've got to say that the visuals are pretty darn nice.
