NEEDED! Heavy Duty Dolly

Looking for the most cost effective heavy duty (supports 200+) dolly around. Can be in any shape cosmetically but must work! Was thinking studio style not doorway. My tripod has spiked feet.

Its nice. It has smooth wheels which work good on a smooth surface. But I often find myself using it on the track. When it was shipped, UPS broke one of its wheels but they had another out to me in 2 days. Out side of that, it is built like a tank.
 
these things are pricey for some steel tubing, bearings and plywood - for that price I'm considering a DIY
