NEED USED DVX book & DVD ???

Does anyone know were I can buy a used, newer edition of the DVX book and dvd? I'm on really limited funds. I just bought a used DVX100B, and I'm a newbie. Any other tips on what I need would be welcomed. Also I need to know the cheapest place to get a UV filter for it. Thanks Mike
 
The book is such a hot commodity that I don't think it'll be easy to find a used one. However, to get started with some basic settings, try Andy Starbuck's sticky on 'Getting the Right Image.'
