NEED TRIPOD

Hello.
i am looking to buy a tripod, something like vinten pro5
they dont sell this kind here in usa, but anyways i found couple stores which do. And price is perfect for my budget, around $500 . So does any one know anything about this kind of tripod? or any suggestions ?
Or maybe you have to offer me a tripod?
i need to get tripod before new years, so let me know.

I would like to know about good tripods as well. Anybody selling or can supply URLs to some great tripods. Is it possible to get a tripod that will allow the camera to go right to left and front and back just a little?

I've been doing some digging for myself, and these seem to be good selections at both ends of the price spectrum:

Those are excellent suggestions ;D , the D&S being a solid introductory tripod, the 3221Wn503 being the cheapest way to get a lightweight fluid head tripod, the Miller being an intro into upper level tripods for about $1000 DVXuser price.
