A GoPro isn't a professional grade camera. I need to be able to shoot 24P with a good lens.

The transmitter, mic, etc, could be in a backpack.

? There have been excellent projects shot on a Go Pro. I believe your statement is incorrect. Now if it is manual settings, specific focal length and d.o.f that you need than I agree with you. Also should be too hard to wear a helmet and put a Canon t2i on top of that.
