I'm about an hour north of Sacramento, CA.
I'm shooting a low budget action/stoner comedy/spy thriller. I'll have about $1000 to put towards the shot. Am I insane?
I'm looking for a certified technician to rig a car, and set it off properly. Someone who knows how to do it safely and legally.
