Need some tips and critique with CGI

Here's a short CGI-including test clip from a post nuclear short what I'm doing. What I need now is you to give some tips on how I could improve the composition even more. How does it look? What would you do differently?

I adjusted it a bit ( de-saturated as bentpixels tip was, added some light wrap, and temporarily deleted those little rocks, still fighting with them)

So take a look: http://www.tpu.fi/~k4lhakal/alustesti2.wmv

Maybe the rocks falling didn't look so real. They just appeared out of the wall but no crumble?
Otherwise that was incredible!

what did u use to do this? and how did u do the shake ?

try doing a 3D composition when the camera isnt static, would love to learn all of this stuff!

Not bad, a good start on the composition. First it looks like you may have done a sky replacement. I would not use the blue sky like you have there, its too much of a gradient and too perfect. You said a post-nuclear world, I would in that case make a more ominous sky, you need heavier cloud cover. The ship composite looks good, great lighting match. I'd maybe add some kind of atmospheric disturbance from the engines of the ship. As far as the debris falling, just add some dust where they fall. Overall the image is way to saturated, I would desaturate quite a bit. And add some kind of light wrap on the ship from the sky. Anyway these are just suggestions, they may not work in the context of what you are doing here. I'd like to see more of what you're doing.

thanks guys!

Yeah the rocks falling isn't so good looking, definitely have to adjust it.
The ship was done in 3dsmax, then composited in after effects with various plug-ins. Camera shake was done with twigler in AE too.

But you thought that the ship didn't look loose?

bentpixel: yeah, the sky has been replaced, but the short has deep blue skies in every other shot so it is a must. And yes, I think too that the image is a bit too saturated. In fact there is light wrap from the sky on the surface of the ship. I'll also add some smoke coming from the ship and the mentioned disturbance from engines - good suggestion!

more gritique!
