Hey--
I currently own an HVX200A (with pro level shotgun & lav mics). I like it, but am considering moving toward the Canon 7D.
My question is this:
What would I need to replicate what I get out of the HVX in terms of audio? And really, how does the 7D stack up in other areas in all of your opinions? FInally-- what would I need (in addition to the body and lenses) to make it an equivalent basic kit?
I LOVE what I am seeing in terms of the look of the 7D, but am worried about the audio solutions and wondering if it will be cost effective for me to switch now...
(FYI-- I'm currently in the middle of production on a feature length documentary.)
