Need some help

why 67mm instead of 55mm? I've found getting parts for 67mm to be a little more difficult, but that's just my own experience.
 
just asking out of curiousity, you know, like wondering if you came up with something cool that fit better into the 67mm spacer tube....
 
Ahh, okay. No, I have Daniel from JetSet custom make some holders. I use 67mm because it's big enough for putting batteries, wires and things like that inside and not have to go as high as 72mm keeping it easier for step up and step down rings for certain mounts and such. Plus with the 67mm I can have a larger viewing plane on the GG so I can avoid vignetting and get a bigger image and sharper. Right now I'll have a 24x45mm GG. With 55mm, it's just a bit more difficult....for me.
 
**rubs hands together gleefully** sounds a lot to me like I'll be soon working on version 3 of my adapter.... let me know how the vignetting issues pan out. I used to have problems when I put on my wider lenses.. from 38mm downward. if the 67mm helps with that, I'm totally in. I'll put in a request for the part.
