this is my first post in this wonderful forum.
i'm shooting an experimental music video next week and i guess i need some advice.
i am shooting different moving light sources(vari-lites, laser, projections, tv screens) in a very dark environment(black walls) with fluorescent lighting from the ceiling(which i think of using as fill light).
i am going to dim the different light sources down but i think there will still be a lot of contrast.
there won't be any people in the picture so i don't have to worry about skin tones.
i am in pal-country so will shoot 25p in 1/50 shutter mode.
i shot with the dvx100a before but i never used anything else than the standard 25p settings.
how will i get the most latitude out of the dvx100a? any thoughts?
