Need Second Camera

I currently own a Sony CX900 and use it for interviews and church seminars, etc.. I would like to add a second camera and am looking at two cameras. The first is a used Sony HXR NX 100, and the second is a Panasonic AG UX90. My question is, if I get the Panasonic will it and the CX900 play well together. I'm rather new to this but have read that it is better, if using more than one camera, to use the same brand and model.
I can make a good buy on the Sony (has no touchscreen) but the Panasonic has more features. Also, I edit with Sony Vegas.
Opinions please.

Maybe if I post to a different section I can get some opinions. Also, good luck to you. What is your situation?

I have a A5100 and a CX900 like you.
I'm looking for a third one....something like a RX10ii,not 10iii,because it's missing ND filters.
Or maybe a Panny FZ2500
