I shoot scenery out in the southwest and have been successful using CineD as there is a lot of mid-level detail lost in CineV. I sacrifice punch for the detail. I also use filmcam, detail 5, Vdetail 5, Coring 4, Pedestal -3 and matrix=cine.
This is all great in the sun (90% of the time), but now, we will be getting a lot of clouds and some overcast for a month or so.
Any suggestions for adjusting my scene file for the conditions so it matches well with the bright sun shots?
PS. I normally use a circular polarizer (very very carefully) because full sun at altitude tends to wash everything out. I hope to be able to keep that so I'm not always putting it on and off.
