Need recommendation on remote zoom and focus controllers

I need to order a remote wired zoom controller for my HMC150... I will be outputting a live picture for a veterinarian surgery and the camera will be above the operating table, out of reach. (I won't even have a card in the camera - no recording necessary) All I need to do is be able to zoom in and out occasionally. I think this Varizoom will work with the 150, but am not sure. Anybody have any recommendations? I should get a focus controller too, while I'm at it. I searched the threads back about 6 months and didn't see anything, so I'm sorry if this is an old question.
 
I use VariZoom for all my Zoom / Run-Stop controls and Bartech FF for the focus. Some of their controllers also offer Iris. Call Varizoom and they'll confirm your application - nice folks!

OK! Went to the Varizoom website and settled on the 2 piece set. I am used to focus on one side and zoom on the other, so I did not go with the one piece setup they offered. I ordered this one from B&H. Thanks for your help, and hopefully this can be seen by someone else who may need the same thing.
 
the cord length for the B&H one mentioned is 40 inches - probably not enough to go from an overhead camera to somewhere, well away from the operating table.
 
I did indeed order the extension cable! It's 10 feet (3 metres for you non 'merikins!) so that should be plenty!
 
I was brought up on feet and inches, used a slide rule in my O-levels and had to convert to decimal currency before I went to the 'big' school ! My boss hails from Boston, he was arguing with me on why I should put month before day in a date. My response - why then do you call it the 4th of July!!!
