Location: Jersey City, NJ (across the river from NYC, easily accessible by train - paid parking is available as well)
I have a shoot coming up soon that is a product demo. The shoot itself will be more of an interview/testimonial style. Basically, a mostly static shot of 2 people talking about a product. The space is very small so grip will have to get creative with lighting. There are also windows present so gelling may be necessary (or daylight balanced lights). Would prefer if you had your own equipment.
Lav mics would be preferred.
I can supply the following gear:
DVX100b, an on-camera mic (Oktava), tripod
A selection of various hot lights (but in this location, fluorescent would probably be preferred). I also have some random grip equipment (a c-stand, some light stands, a few clips, etc).
The shoot should not be longer than 4 hrs tops (probably less).
For the shooters who also edit - let me know your rates with and w/o an edit. The editing required would be fairly simple. Aside from the footage you collect, a few corporate graphics and some sort of music would be inserted, as well as a few basic titles (like people's names).
Please send me quotes by Friday if possible. If you have a portfolio or some samples online, would like to see that as well.
