need quick response ...please

hey all. I'm stuck out of town shooting the ending of my senior thesis and I need a head cleaner tape for my DVX-100. Can I trust just any old brand of head cleaner (maxell, etc.) or should I put nose to grindstone and find a panasonic head cleaner. IS THERE A PARTICULAR PANASONIC HEADCLEANER I SHOULD BE USING? I need to shoot ASAP as I will only be in this town for a week or so, but I've many shots to get. any help would be much appreciated. thank you.

You should find a Panasonic Head Cleaner Tape. Doesn't matter which one, just be sure it is a Panasonic.

Jan might be right... but... (sorry Jan)

How far "out of town" are you?  Any broadcast houses around?  Might want to run over there and buy a tech guy some beer and lunch.  Have him do it without using the tape brand cleaners.

Once might not be "real" bad, but it still will take some metal off your heads.

I'm curious as to the differences between head cleaning tapes of different brands?
When I had my recent problem, all we could find was a TDK head cleaner tape. I'm sure you're not just trying to sell a head cleaning tape, what's the difference?
