Need QUICK advice

Hello everyone,

sometimes lurker first time poster.


Need quick advice. Out shooting a documentary with a band on tour. Doing a lot of dark ight clubs with stage lighting in heavy reds and blues.

are there any other settings within f5 that might help have better control of these colors? or its same video issues as wlays with red and blue?

setup so far:
f5
letterbox
24p adv


any advice is most welcome. I kind of got thrown into this job mid way so i need help quick!!!! limited internet access :(

id the dif between f5 snf f6 just 24p vd 24p adv???

im trying to read the manual now, i havent shot with this camera in while. just got the new one today.

just go into the menu and look at the scene settings for f5 vs f6.. the differences are all there

you this is great and all.....

but in case you didnt figure it out im in a bind and a time crunch.

so anyone that actually help out and maybe even explain a few things is most welcome.

..turn off cine matrix it can make funky noise in low light .

now, i will note i said turn off cine MATRIX .. NOT cine GAMMA.

dont use AWB

other than that youll have to adjust your settings as needed on location. i personally advise against using gain.
