We're shooting a horror film called "THE BLACK". We are looking for people to help out. There's very little or no money involved but we can offer food, credit, and DVD copies. The shoot dates are as follows:
November 15,16,17,20,21,27,28,29,30
December 1
and pickup days (as necessary) the following week of 12/4-12/8
The shoot locations are in the SFV, long beach, and silverado canyon (OC).
We need:
sound mixer/boom op with gear
effects person (blood, prosthetics, etc.)
hair/makeup
grips
gaffer
PA's
really anyone who wants to get on set and pitch in. your level of experience is not as crucial as a winning attitude and the ability to be professsional on set and most of all, have fun with us!!
we also want someone outgoing (a little insane is ok) to shoot BTS and EPK stuff. someone with a DVX would be preferrable. otherwise we have some palmcorders.
we have a great script, a great cast, and so far, a great crew and this will be a FUN shoot. i'd love to work with some of my fellow dvx'rs.
PM me if interested.
THANKS!!
