I need a part number or the "official" name of this part on the Sony XDCam EX-1. We have 3 that are missing and we would like to order new ones. Any help would be extrememly appreciated!

Thanks!

I've only heard them referred to as "zoom sticks". I tried to find exact part number for you from Sony, but have had no luck so far.

Thank you for the suggestion. Just sent the image to them. I'll post the info I get back from them when I get it.

Sony replied to my e-mail and the part information is:

PN: 411856101 ZOOM LEVER

I hope this helps whoever might be looking for this information in the future.

another option: the hardware store. i'd gamble it's in the area of an m8 screw. and you'll get to choose from different lengths :)
