We just finished putting together our first demo reel, we watched some of the other reels post on here and read some of the opinions on what made a good demo reel and the following is what we came up with:

The demo does not have opening or ending titles yet, the reel consists of our music videos and some of our short films. The song is by a band that we did a video for. We're looking to send out our reel to some places in Seattle, but want to get some honest opinions first.
