need mallware help :(

Hey guys, I use ad-aware and have always had success detecting and deleting mallware and infections from my PC. This new attack however is killin' me, I can't seem to get rid of it and don't know where to start. If someone could look at the infections (below) and let me know how to find them in my hard drive and get rid of them I'd be truly grateful. Thanks for the help guys....

You probably tried, but:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is what I'm using and there's no problem with malware infections.

Those acronyms (HKCR, HKLM) stand for folders/subfolders in registry editor.
Press 'Run' on Start button, type 'regedit', press enter.

Here you have acces to all Registry settings in your PC, but don't change or delete something you're not sure what it's for!

HKCR=HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
HKLM=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Search within those folders if you want to manually remove some files, it's actually pretty easy. Good luck!
