NEED IMMEDIATE HELP - must offload footage for tomorrow's shoot

I shot some footage today at 720p/24fps (pN) and cannot offload the footage from the P2 card. I am editing on a desktop PC and can only connect the camera through the firewire. I know that the HVX200 cannot export native modes through the 1394 port while recording, but does this also hold true to simply offload the footage? I need to clear the cards for a shoot tomorrow!

Please, any help that you can offer is appreciated.

Download the P2 drivers from here and install the HVX200 drivers.

Connect the camera using a USB cable.

Copy EVERYTHING on the cards to a directory on your computer -- that must include the CONTENTS folder and everything within it, as well as the LASTCLIP.TXT file. Do not rename anything, create a new directory for every card that you offload.

Please note that when you connect the camera to your computer, you must put the camera into MCR mode by pressing the MODE button on the back of the camera, and once it is in MCR mode, you must press and hold the MODE button for another two seconds to initiate the USB connection. You'll have to do the same thing during the installation of the P2 drivers when instructed to do so by the installer.
