Need help with Avid

:furious3: Hello, I just purchased Avid Express Pro HD Power Pack Bundle with Mojo. After spending a couple of hours trying to register the product I finally was able to open the software ONLY to run into some more issues. The first being that I tried to import a clip shot at 60i from a Sony Z1u. The format file was native HDV (m2t), So i set the parameters in Avid from the new project field to HDV. The clip appeared after a convert and I was able to drag it to the timeline. When I pressed play, the video was not moving but the audio was there. What am I doing wrong? Also, I installed the Sorenson software 4.2 version that came with the package and I am still waiting for an email from support to unlock it. Very frustrating. I also didn't receive a hard copy of Avid but did get the tutorial DVD which i thought was kind of odd. I am running Avid on

Dell XPS 600 Intel pentium 4 dual core with 2 gigs of memory and Nvida 7800 pci express.
Can I PLEASE get help with this.

I think your graphics driver is not the correct version for Xpress Pro. If you're on the newest 5.5 then it needs to be driver 84.26. If you're on an older version it needs to be lower than 8.x, but I can't remember what it was exactly. Check the knowledge base or forums at Avid.com if you need that version.
