Okay so I can not find a direct answer online for this, but it seems the new Nvidia studio drivers enable 10bit for OpenGL software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. It says the 1080TI is included in that list which is what I own. I have a BenQ 10 bit monitor arriving tomorrow and want to know how to ensure I am getting 10bit color information when editing and grading in Premiere Pro.
From what I read you need to select 10 bit from the Nvidia Control Panel, then open Premiere Pro and under general tab in preferences check "enable display color management GPU Acceleration".
Is that all I need to do? I just want to make sure I am getting what I want from this monitor or else I have no use for it.
