Need help updating driver on HVX200A

I need to update the driver on my HVX200A, I went to the Panasonic website and downloaded the update into a SD card, then I inserted the card into my camera and then I don't know what to do. The manual is extremely vague about how to do it. It says something about a thumbnail menu, but going to the standard menu, I see no option to update. Please help. What do I do???

Also I bought my camera two years ago and never updated it before... Just for the record.

When the SD card for updating is not inserted into the unit, the item “UPDATE” does not appear.
If you have the update in the sd card and it doesnt work try to format it again.

Thank you. I also realized that the camera won't read the update if I copy the whole folder that I downloaded from Panasonic into the SD card. ( the one that comes with the weird name and numbers) I need to get the "Private" folder inside the folder downloaded from Panasonic and put that into the SD card. Then the camera read the update without any problems.
