need help to choose the best gear for my company !

I'm trying to create a company specializing in the production of music video, i really love panasonic products, so i'm trying to make a choice between the Panasonic HPX 300, the hvx 200A and the hpx500. Help me please to choose which one could give me a quality such as these clips ?
it would also be really useful to know a little about these lights, the lens, the follow focus or whatever you feel is relevant! thanks you in advance!

I would prefer that these type of inquiries be handled by all of those here, rather than someone individually

In my view, any of the cams you mentioned would provide footage that equals or exceeds those that you posted.

However, I would start reading the threads and narrowing your questions somewhat.
