need help - RayLight

I bought the program RayLight with hopes that it would fix my corrupt file of an interview.. The 20 mins file became a 10 second file.. not the only file like this. Would someone tell me what am I doing wrong?

Haven't used RayLight in over a year, so I'm guessing here.
But isn't there a menu to decide how much of the clip you are importing or converting? Something like that?

Are you sure you've activated your purchase properly? The free trial version only gives you 10 second clips, but the full (bought) version gives you the full clip.

I've found them pretty good at getting back to you with answers to queries so try emailing Raylight if you can't get it working.
