Need Help! Please Read!

Hey, First off sorry if I'm putting this up in the wrong section, but this seems like the best place to put this. It can be moved if I'm wrong i guess.

Anywho, I have a serious question for anybody on this site who knows the answer. My crew and I are currently beginning Pre-Production for our first budgeted Feature Film. We have literally no idea where to begin or how to proceed. Can anyone give good advice on how to do this? Even if it's just a list of steps that need to be taken to get started. We need everything so if theres anything that you can think of that would help us please let me know! You can PM me if that'll be easier.

I truly appreciate any help we get. Even if it's only a small part of what needs to be done.

Preproduction: (in my suggested order. Can also be done concurrently)
Script, Producer, Money/Budget, Locations, Cast, Crew.

This is obviously very basic and could be done differently but it is what I've done. First get your script to sell to investors. Then buy or get a producer/production company. Then make a budget by getting money from investors from selling the project. Get your schedule and locations. Audition principle cast and get your crew.
