Need help:Have D90 and SB800

Hello everyone,
New into photography and now trying out the mission of setting up lighting. I only have one SB800 until I can setup the camera and get some stands. Anyone have helpful tips on easy setup for the SB??

set your sb800 to remote to use wireless and pop up the flash on the cam. Make the 800 key light and the pop up as a fill. BAM!
