Need Help from Carrion Users

Hello,

I have a Carrion monitor that has been working fine with my AF100 fine until today. I hooked it up with the SDI cable and nothing--it circulates through inputs and doesn't select the HD SDI. I tried different cable and using the DVI connection--still nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions about something that may need to be reset, or does the monitor need to be serviced?

I have several shoots at the end of the week and need to find a quick solution or buy a new monitor.

Sorry if this seems obvious but I would make sure you are getting hd sdi out of the camera.
 
The Carrion monitor will display from the HD component in connectors but not from SDI in connector--either from the SDI out of my Af100 or SDI out of a Black Magic Extreme board.
 
I was able to repair the Carrion monitor myself after talking with a service tech at Digital View, who makes the display boards used in the Carrion. He said it is very rare for an SDI board to fail but that a cable could have come disconnected. I opened up the monitor and saw the cable from the SDI board was loose, reattached it, and the SDI input is working again. The service tech said they had repaired one Carrion monitor before, but was unsure whether they would repair any more. He said they might be able to suggest another repair facility should anyone else need their Carrion serviced.
