Need Help First Real Problem

So I can't get FCP 6 durring log and transfer to recognize 2 out of 3 clips in the file directory of the Private folder. It only shows the first clip. They're are large clips 4.29GB each to be exact. I know the footage is good as I can open up the MTS files using VLC player no problem. I know Panasonic offers a free clip repair/conversion utility but I can not get access to it as I bought my cam used and it had already been registered so I can't get access to download the software.

If anyone out there could email the Panasonic software for the Mac I would be very very great full :-D - info@whiteboxxstudios.com

If anyone has any suggestions on FCP shoot.

I just tried registering again and it said no go - need to contact Panasonic, catch is I can't find a way to contact them on the contact page :-(. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Panasonic regarding the camera or a way to get the software?
 
Jan, got me the contact info for who I need to talk to so we will see what they can do. If anyone has a copy of the AVCAM restorer utility for MAC that you would be willing to share I would greatly appreciate it.
