This screw. Does anyone know what it's called? And where I can get them from?

It's a thumbscrew. I expect you can get it from Panasonic at full-victim pricing. But if you know the screw size and pitch (it will be metric), then you may be able to find what you need from McMaster-Carr. http://www.mcmaster.com/#thumb-screws/=102igyh

it looks to be an M3 size fyi try a hardware store to check size then china via ebay....
