Need Help ASAP!!

Hey guys.
Just picked up my sony HDR-FX1 today.....
I have Final Cut Pro 4.5 HD on my 1.8ghz G5 mac.

I need to know how i can capture my footage onto this program, what i mean is what settings need to be changed so the footage is readable for the computer????

I need someone to help me. Everything i need to change, from sources to ratio. can someone set out the things i need to do to capture my footage!!!!

you need FCP 5. But iMovieHD will capture as well. It will even capture live. Capturing in iMovieHD may give you a file that will work with FCP 4.5, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help with this?
