GH2 Need help activating ex tele conv

when I put my camera on yesterday and tried to use my EX TELE CONV activated by my F1 button nothing happened, went into the menu system and saw that the EX TELE CONV was deactivated, went thru manual, made sure my picture quality was not set to any RAW selection. I even went so far as to reset the camera to factory specs, still no luck. Both the EX TELE CONV and the DIGITAL ZOOM menu items are not accessible. Any suggestions?

If you are talking about the GH2 and photo mode, Ex Tele will not work if your picture size is set to L.

I am trying to use it in video mode. No matter what mode I have it in, photo or video still no live menu item, called Panasonic help and they wanted to charge me for the call. Will continue my search on the web.

Make sure you don't have a monitor (or anything else) plugged into the HDMI port.
