I am editing a series of demo videos for the video startup I work for. I think I'll be needing more HD stock footage, soon. If you can go out and shoot something in the next 48 hours and upload in a .mov, that would be great.
$200 for :30-1:00 per clip. No editing necessary!!
Maybe you have something already on hand? A clip from a project you worked on?
What I'm looking for:
Day time--maybe night if it is well lit or has lots of lighting in the scene. Action oriented, sporty, visually interesting, an interesting activity, vibrant color. This needs to look good Flash, too, so try to stay away from scenes that will not compress well. Shots with good separation of background tend to work well. Think of something you'd expect to see to demo an HD TV or in Final Cut Pro.
Good: sports, soccer, football, sailing, parasailing, hang gliding, rock climbing, biking, just make sure these are shot well. Show me your most interesting 1, 2, or three angles..not some far away shot of someone hitting a ball. Got golfing already. Carnival, hot air ballooning. No flowers, got that.
Scenic- driving over a bridge, driving through Autumn scenic, skiing down a slope. Amazing animals..Anyone for the Golden Gate at night?
Cars, boats: should be a pretty nice car, like a race car. If you're in a boat, try to be filming an amazing scenic nearby. same with in a plane.

HD--720 or higher
must upload as a .mov
need it in the next 48 hours..may wait if you've got a great, great shot in mind.
***lf you are in the SF Bay Area and edit on FCP, would also be good to meet you. Have tons tons tons of projects in queue.
***I'm also looking for someone to shoot some total knock'em dead HD footage, similar usage. A specialty shot, for instance, you are flying a plane through the interesting desert land or scenic Alaska. If you think of it and we like it, we'll finance it.
Please excuse me if cannot reply back to you. Crunch-editing, seriously! If I wasn't, I'd run out and shoot this myself!
