Hi everyone,
First post here, I hope I am posting this is the right forum, if not please forgive me... I've been checking out these forums here for the last few weeks and there is some great info here. I did have a favor to ask of you kind folks. Can you please watch my two videos and give me some feedback/ constructive criticism? Please be brutally honest, I promise I can take it...
I will mention that these two videos represent the first two attempts at making ANY sort of short film/video. I literally got the camera and software a few weeks ago and I am very green. Both of these videos are real estate property tours. My vision is to do something a little different then just show the house. I want to convey the lifestyle of the neighborhood and area as well as play up the strongest features, while downplaying the weakest (this is not intented to be a documentary, it's advertising!). I want to create a "mini-movie" of these properties and do my best to get people interested in seeing them while at the same time entertaining. I've incorporated both still photography and HD video as I have had little luck filming the entire project, especially indoors where the lighting was never consistent...
Here is my setup: PC with dual-core processors 2.?, 2 gig DDR2, 256 meg video card, Windows Xp SP2, Sony HDR HC7, Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0, i.Link to Firewire 400 for capturing in HDV 1080i 60i

I welcome all comments, but I would specifically like some feedback on the flow of the video, "quality", and anything I can do to "make it better". Thanks in advance.
