Hi, I need a crewmember for my upcoming project. It is a feature length film which will be the major portion of my portfolio for college. I already have a camera operator and just need a boom mic holder who would also be willing to help lug equipment around to locations outdoors and set up the camera rig.
Filming will take place between July 6th and July 31st - Monday through Friday. that is a 19 day filming schedule. This is a huge project, but if you can't be there for all the days, at least make sure you can devote your entire day for when you can be there. My hope is to work with someone for the entire filming period.
I will be arranging a meeting place (probably PVCC) from which we can all take one car to our locations. This film is mostly outdoors (except for blue screen footage), and so there will be some good walking involved.
My cast is made up of fellow students who are all nice people and easy to get along with. I wrote the script myself, and will be directing, acting and editing it as well.
My camera setup is as follows:
Canon XH-A1
Brevis35 adapter and 60cm Cinevate Rails
SteadiCam Merlin
Nikon and Canon Lenses
Sennheiser and Rode shotgun microphones
15' x 54' of blue screen
Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.
