need cheap wide angle lens for either GH4 or D750

Im suppose to do a few real estate videos and need a cheap wide angle lens for either my panasonic GH4 or Nikon d750. Id like it to perform decent in low light and manual focus is fine. Anyone have recommendations on best options and which camera would be cheaper to go the wide angle route?

Personally, I don't think a fisheye lens will look good aesthetically on a real estate video.
A somewhat inexpensive, but quality option that comes to mind, is a used Tokina 11-16mm ($350-ish used). It's designed for APS-C cameras, so you'ed have to record in APS-C crop mode on your D750.

You could also rent a wideangle lens just for that shoot.

For the D750, the Samyang/Rokinon 14mm f2.8 is a great option. Lots of reviews across the web, I paid $200 for a used copy that was mint.
