Need audio monitor for gh2!!!

It looks like this setup would work. I would just replace the Zoom H4n with a Zoom H1 or Tascam 03 (cheaper), and use A Rode Video Mic Pro instead of "mic" , lol.
Nice diagram BTW, I appreciate the time you spent to elaborate visually...
 
Did zoom remove an output jack? because i have a H4, not H4n, and it has separate line out and headphone jacks. Does the tascam dr-100 share its line out and headphones?

lol, no problem. I needed to plot it out. I need XLR audio inputs for my and other people's equipment, so I've got to go with something like the H4n. Apparently the Tascam 100 has both a headphone and a line out port (separate). I might get it instead. But it sounds like it may not have as good audio quality from reviews. Plus the H4n has become practically a standard, it seems.

Yeah, the H4n only has one output (headphones). And yes, it appears that the Tascam 100 does have separate ports.
