I'm an accomplished classical pianist with access to my own piano and recording studio, and I'm interested in scoring a film. I've never scored a film before and, frankly, I haven't done very many recordings. For this reason I'm interested in scoring somebody's film and am willing to do it for free.

Limited samples of my work include:

A 7 min improvisation I did to test some equipment:

a 2 min baroque piece I composed 2 years ago, recorded on very bad equipment, which is all I had access to at the time.

These aren't very good recordings, but they give you some idea of my talent's baseline. If you're at all interested just pm me or post in this thread. It's best if your film is complete and could use some original music or a complete score, but if you just have a script in production/development that's cool too. Let's make it happen.

i might be game, im looking for original music.

I have a rough cut of my film i can shoot you if you want.

I'm located it Northern Arizona, outside of Sedona.

If you have a rough cut I assume you have it in a digital format. PM me and I can help you get it to me via an encrypted rar on megaupload or whatever channel you're comfortable with.

Here's another little improv I did tonight.

http://goo.gl/OVrmU

I'm currently working on improving my recording skills. I have a russian oktava mk-012-01 -> 20 foot xlr -> nady audio smps-1x power supply -> xlr -> MA100 adapter -> Canon XL1s -> firewire -> laptop

I think the chain is a little long, so to speak, which might be introducing the hiss. I'm going to seek help for this problem. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. This improv is a little rough but has some good moments.
