Hi,
I am new to this post and a novice with the HVX so please forgive.
I am still getting accustomed to the camera and learning it but need some fast advice due to time constraints (I will be ordering B Green's bootcamp dvds.)
I am planning to shoot a commercial in an exterior location (conservation park, so lots of rock climbing vistas, greenery and blue skies...) which may be broadcast on TV.
I REALLY want to use 1080i 24pa with John Froton's settings (using Gamma CINELIKE-D, the film look et al....) Thinking of possibly using a circular polarizer (Tiffen 82mm) that screws on the lens, for darker skies.
I like the film look, but should I be using 1080/30 instead of 24 since this will go to broadcast?? Any thoughts on using the polarizer?? Will be editing on Final Cut Pro 6. Will be shooting with the Firestore drive.
Any suggestions/feedback? Thanks!!!
Sandra
