NEED A LITTLE HELP QUICK PLS, thanks!

I am sad to say that it is still cropping... and about the same if not exactly...

Is this my TV-DVD player combo?

DVDA is set to NTSC SD 24p Widescreen... I am 100% out of ideas...

When you say it's "cropping," what does that mean? Are you just referring to the overscan of the TV?

Overscan is one of those words of which I am afraid I am not 100% sure about their meaning :D
BUT, I think it IS what I am referring to... it it isn't all the same then please explain it to a noob

What is happening is that a small portion on all sides left right top and bottom is not being displayed although the image reaches the very last pixels on all sides of the screen. It seems it is cropped about the same as it was before I did the 1.2 pixel render. Also, it seems the image is not stretched at all when I set the TV to one of the four different display aspects it has which is the one called "full".

What I'd like is to know how to make the film appear without being cropped at all in all TVs while keeping it as big as possible. I guess the only way to do this is by nesting the project and using Track Motion to make it smaller over all, which would give it black bars all around, but I might choose to go with that unless there is something I am unaware of or do not understand.
