Need a hand: assembling a "complete" 5D3 rented kit...

I usually shoot m43, but a client has specified Canon FF (2-cam) for some interviews and personality + sports B-roll, and has rental budget. Yay.

So...
Already having support gear (sticks, shoulder rig, slider), and at least one monitor (DP6), here's what I'm putting in the rental quote:

2x 5D3
70-200/f4 IS
24-70/2.8 IS
16-35/2.8

1x Zacuto Z-finder Pro

+ 8x E6 batteries (enough for 2 cams for normal useage ~10hr?)
2x 64GB CF cards

So how's that look so far? Enough batteries? Any really really really useful bits that I should consider?

Thanks much

That's a pretty good kit.

I would see if you could get the battery grips for the DSLRs as it is easier to change out the batteries quickly with them.

Agreed.

I assume you are talking about Canon lenses. FYI, the 24-70 does not have IS.

Also, don't forget batteries for your DP6 unless you already have that covered. What kind of sports b-roll will you be shooting? If it's long distance (soccer, football, etc), you might want to factor in a 2x extender. And if you are shooting Day-Exterior, you might also want (2) variable ND filters with step-up rings since the lenses are different diameters.

I would pass on the variable ND's for a multicam shoot and just get two .9nd and two .6nd screw in's. with step rings. The reason is that if you use two variable ND's you might have one of the two slightly off from the other. This will mean matching your footage up in exposure in your NLE. It's kind hard to make sure two variable ND's are perfectly matched up where as if you pop a .6 on each camera, then you can just set the camera Iris and shutter the same making post that much easier as your footage will match.
