Hey Guys & Gals,
I'm looking for a DP for a DVX short shooting in Mid July in the LA area. It's a copy/credit/meal job with an established film collective. I do much of the cinematography for our group but I'm directing this one and would prefer a knowledgeable and enthusiastic collaborator rather than tackling dual duties. Having your own camera package is not a requirement (we own our cameras, lighting, grip, etc) but knowledge, flexibility, and sense of humor are a must.
Although it's non-paying, it is a good opportunity to work with an active pro/am crew that owns it's equipment and isn't afraid to use it. In addition the project will be fun and challenging from a visual perspective (it's a thriller).
