This could be something worth looking at.

I haven't downloaded it yet, but it looks to be pretty decent.
Of course, now days soft, noisy, jerky video with intentional jumpcuts seems to be in high demand. Heck, maybe I should start shooting our spots on my Cell Phone!

I've used Neat Image, the noise reduction program for still images from the same company. That was a few years ago, but I wasn't all that impressed with it and wound up buying a different product.

Still, this is bound to be better than the noise reduction filters in most video editors.

I tried the demo today - worked really well for me on some low-light DVX footage. I got nice results just using the automatic profiling and tweaking the levels a bit. You can go into advanced mode and get a lot more precise with your adjustments.

I'll probably end up buying it, I think it opens up some interesting possibilities with respect to low-light shooting. I plan to do more tests. My only complaint is they don't support Final Cut as a host app or After Effects CS3 on the Mac (at least, I couldn't get it to work). Had to switch over to AE7 on Boot Camp.
