Selling a caprock anti moire filter set.
Comprised of 2.0, 2.8, 4.0, 5.6, and 8.0. All in 67mm thread sizes (round Caprocks don't come in any other size)
Condition ranges from good to pristine. Selling because I'm "upgrading" my 7D to a 5D (if you can call that an upgrade...) and 67mm isn't wide enough for my L lenses.
They help eliminate or minimize moire in digital cameras, which is something of a hot topic with the 7D/T2i. They can perform some out-right miraculous feats of improvement if you use the right filter with the right lens. Read Barry Green's article on them for more details, but there's no real correlation between filter "strength" and focal length. You're just going to have to pick up a few and experiment with what works for you.
I'm selling this near-complete set for $250 shipped anywhere in the USA. They typically retail for $119 PER FILTER, so the total retail on this set is somewhere in the neighborhood of $595 if you buy them from Caprock. See http://www.caprockdev.com/antimoire.htm.
Before you ask, I will not break this set into individual filters. You're getting basically 3 free filters at the asking price.
Paypal personal payments only, please. Will post pictures later.
