NAB 2011 Whos IN?

For a good deal on a room in Vegas always check a hotel's Twitter and facebook pages before booking, they usually have crazy specials through social media.

My friend is an engineer at Canon. He says that we might expect a new canon at NAB2011. Probably a modyfied 5D mk2.

I just booked my trip - flying in early on Monday and leaving on the red-eye Wednesday night. Staying at MGM Grand!

Sounds like the Grand is the place to be huh?

I'll be at NAB as always for the entire week. Not sure where I'm staying yet; I should book here pretty soon me thinks.

Yes, let's have some sort of dvxuser meetup. Maybe at the MGM since a number of us are staying there? I'm playing in the poker tournament at the hard rock on Monday night at 8, but no real plans aside from that.

This is the poker tourney, in case anyone's interested: http://www.allinfilm.org/2011.html

I totally want to play in that tourney, but unfortunately I absolutely stink at poker. Now maybe if it was a Go Fish tourney....

A DVX meetup would be great. SuperMeet is Tuesday....

I'm planning on the SuperMeet on Tuesday. I know people from various forums will be there. Likely there will be a presentation of the new FCP which should be of interest to many. Early Bird pricing for the SuperMeet ends in a few short days.
