MyDigitalGear.com purchase

[reddPLANET]

Just in case anyone out there is wondering... i purchased my dvx100a from mydigitalgear.com from one of their package deals on ebay and i received everything within a week... i was offered, but not pushed on upgrades... they offer really good prices... i dunno if anyone has had bad experiences out there with them, but my transaction was a-okay... so if you're contemplating a purchase through them, i endorse it, but at the same time, i also endorse using an american express card to make the purchase, becuz they have your back just in case **** goes wrong...

I realize it's too late to help you now, but I would highly suggest that in any future purchases you ALWAYS check www.resellerratings.com before doing business with any online company.

A quick search for MyDigitalGear brought up some nasty red flags.

Of the 7 reviews they have, 6 are "Very Dissatified" and 1 is "Somewhat Dissatisfied"

Should have bought from EVS.

When you shop for camera equipment and all that stuff don't only look for the cheapest price, look for a legit company. You might have to pay a few bucks more but in the end you'll be happy and you'll have a US warranty and whatever you ordered.
